1st February – That Which Does Not Kill You …

This week has been hard; halfway through MuayThai training this morning I was feeling so hard on myself I was almost crying. I quickly made a jokey comment to someone and ‘recovered’ enough to finish the class with 100 Upper Cuts, which I can’t quite believe I managed!

I have berated the case worker for being a twat; spoken to another special-needs school who may be able to assess Daniel; come here and nearly cried in Muay Thai, then done my 5k run on the treadmill.

This is what I need to do to keep going; because, at times like this, during weeks like this, I feel like a Shit Magnet. Sometimes it all seems to add up and get on top; I just have to keep trudging. Correction: Trooping. It’s what I do.
